New up-and-coming craft brewery based in Toronto is searching for a General Manager to oversee the upcoming Liberty Village location set to open in late 2023. The General Manager will report to the Ownership and provide leadership to the Liberty Village Management team, overseeing daily operations, fiscal responsibility, and business development. They will actively engage with the team and ensure high-quality products and guest experiences while driving the business toward financial success. Responsibilities

- Manages on-floor food operations during key service periods

- Contributes to strategic planning: business plan development, brewing, marketing, and promotions

Education and Experience
- Minimum 5 years Food and Beverage management experience, including 2 years at GM level
- New restaurant opening and restaurant/brewery operation experience is an asset
- Proficient in POS, inventory software, Google Drive, and related programs
- Holds Food Safety Certificate, Smart Serve, and W.H.M.I.S.
- Knowledge of draught systems and ability to move items weighing 140lbs
- Can stand/move for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
