Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Progressive leadership experience in the construction, distribution, retail or related industry, with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition, sales leadership, and P&L growth.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams while driving customer-centric sales initiatives.
  • Excellent financial acumen with deep knowledge of financial statements, KPIs, and budget management.
