Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 Base + 10% Bonus
We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the healthcare logistics and cold chain space to hire an Inside Account Manager.
This is a high-impact role focused on owning customer relationships, ensuring seamless post-sale execution, and supporting continued account growth.
The Opportunity This role sits at the center of sales, operations, and customer success.
Once new business is secured, you take the lead — managing client relationships, coordinating internally, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from onboarding through ongoing support.
You will:
- Own relationships for small-to-mid-sized accounts
- Support enterprise accounts alongside senior sales leadership
- Manage the operational and administrative side of the sales cycle
- Identify growth opportunities within your book of business
- Strong responsiveness and client engagement
- Clean, accurate CRM management
- Growth within assigned accounts
- Seamless execution post-sale
- 2–3 years in inside sales, account management, or B2B client-facing role
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Commercial mindset — not just order processing
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, logistics, or cold chain
- Exposure to regulated supply chains or temperature-controlled products
