Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Primary ownership and accountability for a territory of small and medium-sized accounts
  • Focus on telephone-based interactions providing a high touch frequency for accounts
  • Responsible for sales growth through both inbound and outbound selling activities
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow-up for assigned account base
  • Coordinate vendor interactions with account base to promote strategic product lines
  • Order entry, processing or orders and occasional scheduling of complex delivery arrangements
  • Coordinate with Outside Sales team to make field visits where required
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • 3+ years inside sales/customer service experience
  • Proven successful sales track record in the building products industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly evolved time management skills with a strong sense of urgency and very detail-oriented
  • Ability to develop product and application knowledge to be a true consultant to customers
