Inside Sales Representative

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Professionally serve both walk-in and phone in customers, develop relationships and promote sales
• Up-sell company products and services based on customers needs
• Prepare quotations and fulfill customer orders from warehouse stock or by ordering from supplier
• Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data entry
• Maintain high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For Includes:

• College or University degree not required but an asset
• 3+ years inside sales/customer service experience
• Exceptional organizational skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Highly evolved time management skills with a strong sense of urgency and very detail oriented
• Goal and results oriented
• Experience in print, signage or plastics is an asset
