As an Inside Sales Representative, you will cold phone call retail store accounts to sell a range of vitamin enhanced beverage products. Using your research skills you will uncover key contacts and with your persuasive selling skills will get them to list the product. You will support the sales process by building deep customer knowledge, relationships and sales tactics to drive trial and consumption. Your consistent follow up, positive energy, and ability to follow up with all promises made set you apart as a high performing inside sales representative.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- 2+ years of experience in Inside (Phone and email) sales of a tangible product
- Ability to research potential customers and the ability to cold call them
- Persuasive sales skills, selling over the phone and via email
- Experience with a CRM and ensuring the appropriate information is recorded
- Self-directed and driven to achieve goals set by yourself and management
- Open to learning, coaching and a growth mindset
