Inside Sales Representative


Our client is the leader in industrial product supplies and they are looking of an Inside Sales Representative based in Edmonton, Alberta. As a highly motivated and driven sales professional you will maintain, penetrate and grow the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up selling.
  • Responding to and processing incoming calls and orders.
  • Opening new accounts.
  • Developing customer base and sales leads by making cold and warm calls.
  • Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
  • Providing pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes, technical support on products.
  • Provide quotations and product information.
  • Responding to inquiries.
  • Identify, develop and close business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 3 years of business development experience.
  • Post-Secondary courses in Sales or Marketing preferred. High School Diploma required.
  • A background in selling industrial and commercial products is an asset. Product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
  • Candidate must show progressive sales accomplishments.
  • Business acumen and professional approach offering effective services and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • CRM experience preferred.
