This is a hybrid (WFH/office based) role that offers competitive compensation, as well as extended health benefits, RRSP, wellness spending account and 4 weeks vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for financed equipment according to outlined sales schedule, on an individual and team level
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries via our website, call-ins, and referrals with the aim of closing each opportunity
- Build, maintain, and work a pipeline of potential business with the effective use of CRM systems to track and plan all customer interaction
- Engage in lead-generating activities such as social media outreach, referral campaigns, and dealer partner outreach
- Proactively form and manage relationships with clients dealership and service partners to optimize collaboration, communication, and the promotion of our financial services and used equipment
- Communicates effectively with the team and across departments, regularly sharing any roadblocks, outcomes, or ideas
- 2 – 5 years Inside Sales experience with proven success in phone-based selling
- A passion for identifying and boldly pursing new business opportunities
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment where you are responsible for you own outcomes
- Experience working in the hospitality industry or directly with restaurant equipment is valuable
- Experience maintaining a sales pipeline or customer relationship management system used to drive sales results
- An effective team player who is collaborative, energetic, and has strong integrity
