Based in KELOWNA, BC, the Inventory Manager will report to the Store and Regional Manager and oversee the inventory team and day to day operations and functions within the site.
Responsibilities:
- Use and execute, weekly reporting as the main company
- Merchandising and planning in the store.
- Responsible to follow and execute inventory and transfer processes
- Train, direct and developed the inventory staff to merchandise and tag all stock
- Staying up to date with current promotions and specials for tagging and price change
- Set up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, or counters, to attract customers and promote sales. Leading the day stock team.
- Ensure safe working conditions by maintaining a clean, organized store in accordance with company standards
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail or inventory is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with problems as they arise
- Coaching and communication skills
- Ability to execute operational processes
- Job task planning and organizing
