Our client has been a leader in its industrial products area of retail specialization for nearly 30 years and they are looking for an outstanding Junior Sales Associate. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, personable and have a basic knowledge of tools. The company is going through significant growth and they are looking for team members who can help grow with the company. What you will be doing:
  • Actively seek out customers to assess their needs and provide high engagement of customer service.
  • Provide solutions by addressing the customer challenges or needs.
  • Maintain your dept/area to high standards of cleanliness, organization, and current tagging pricing.
  • Maintain your dept/area properly stocked.
  • Be aware of promotions, e-flyers and any current special pricing that will impact sales.
Who you are:
  • Good tools knowledge and/or tools retail service industry experience is crucial. Some construction-related tools & power tools an asset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and consistently go the extra mile in providing exceptional customer service – focusing on great customer shopping experience.
  • 1-3 years in a high-volume retail environment store will position you well with us.
  • Experience working in a sale driven environment is a great skill to have for this role.
  • Personable with great communication skills, engaging customers with a premium experience.
  • Self-motivated and a positive influence on the team.
  • Completion of a criminal record check
