Key Account Manager
Our client is a leader in the vape industry, created by ex-smoking entrepreneurs providing a real alternative to traditional tobacco products for adult smokers. This Canadian based company continues to grow in this emerging channel and are looking for someone to manage the C&G Channel in Canada

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Establish, build and grow relationships with Canadian C&G retailers
  • Build, manage and execute annual business plans
  • Present new products, conduct business reviews and effectively manage trade spend
  • Be the face of the brand in the C&G Channel
  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing and operations to ensure strategic plans are met
  • Understand and report the "pulse" of the category and competition to ensure market share growth
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Post secondary education in Business. MBA is an asset
  • 5+ years sales experience in Key Account Management in the C&G channel. This is a must have
  • A strong sense of urgency with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude who wants to build a brand
  • Financial and sales/category analytics experience - Nielsen, IRI experience is a asset
  • Results oriented, self motivated to drive the category and business in C&G
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving & negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
