What You’ll Do to Drive Growth:
  • Build and execute profitable, long-term strategies for key national and regional retail accounts.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales and profit goals while expanding product distribution and market share.
Own the Relationships:
  • Be the first point of contact for your assigned accounts — answer questions, resolve challenges, and find new opportunities to collaborate.
Strengthen partnerships with buyers, merchandisers, and senior retail stakeholders.


Strategize & Deliver:
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop winning proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful implementation of agreements.
  • Support product launches, merchandising updates, promotions, and more — working closely with Marketing, Operations, Field Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
Champion Your Accounts Internally:
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments.
  • Clearly communicate account goals and progress to internal stakeholders.
Stay Compliant & Safe:
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Take part in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.
What You Bring (Experience & Skills)
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably with key accounts and wholesale customers
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency with Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience working with market data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and executing against national-level retail partnerships
  • Valid driver’s license and passport (some travel may be required)
