Our client is an industry leader and they are on the hunt for a Key Account Manager to build and strengthen strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers across Canada. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship management, driving value, and finding win-win solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key vendor relationships
- Negotiate contracts and lead performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier solutions with business needs
- Track KPIs and ensure service levels are met
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements
- Resolve issues and act as the main point of contact for partners
- Degree in business or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years in account management, vendor relations, or procurement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with suppliers in Canada & the US (preferred)
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid driver’s license; eligible to work in Canada; valid Passport
