Our client is a leading supplier in their industry. With industrial facilities across North America, they are in search of a Maintenance supervisor in their Sunshine Coast, British Columbia facility.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, new installations, and preventative maintenance programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Safety programs with team for the department
- Supervisor maintenance activities.
- Work closely with the operations team
- Plan downtime and schedule maintenance projects
- Maintenance records
- Replacement parts inventory management
- Red Seal Certification
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Union management experience is a plus
