The company has long since grown into a world-class supplier of beautiful cabinetry, representing superior quality and extraordinary value. Today, their product can be found in homes throughout Canada and the United States. With continued growth, our client is adding a Manufacturing Technician to their growing team. The Manufacturing Technician is responsible to oversee the day to day operations in the manufacturing shop, while working closely with the Head of Engineering ensuring, operations, order entry, procurement, CNC programming optimization and the general business is operating efficiently. The Manufacturing technician will also look after ongoing improvements which is essential to helping attain goals, as well as the long-term growth and vision of the company.

  • Effectively utilization of available resources for data management
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems and create plans for improvement
  • Conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and needs analysis for ongoing proactive improvements and problem solving
  • Work with IT team to move systems and processes forward.
