Due to expansion of the business, our client is hiring a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to handle all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. The Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will also manage all SEM campaigns, and marketing strategies. As the subject matter expert, this role is pivotal in making recommendations on achieving greater results with current strategies preparing to break into new markets. You will also ensure the effective operation of all e-commerce functionality on the site.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Designs, develops, and maintains company websites and portals.
  • Develops and implements market entry strategies.
  • Develops and Implements SEO, SEM & PPC campaigns.
  • Collects market research, conducts testing, analyzes data and results to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
  • Performs ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement, as a subject matter expert.
  • Provides monthly reporting and updates to management.
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing at an agency or in-house position
  • Experience with Ecommerce websites/WordPress
  • In-depth experience with Google Analytics.
  • Confidence with testing data integrity, setting up goals/events, configuring accounts, maintaining healthy, reliable data, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven high proficiency with full-cycle Google Ads search campaigns.
  • General understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn advertising
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices
  • Technical aptitude - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web technologies, content management systems, CRM's, email newsletters etc.
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Learning and growth mindset; willing to undergo training if necessary
  • Extremely effective communication skills
