Our client, a leader in the medical supply industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), to call on a large US territory through direct relationships (hunting new and farming existing), as well as working through broker and distributor partners to grow your market.

This role is a current vacancy, On Track Earnings in year one are $100k+, year two $140-$160k, year three and beyond ~$200k.

The role offers a great compensation package including base salary, transparent achievable commission, bonus tranches, medical benefits, and a great learning and teamwork culture. Key development of strong US territories (managed from North Toronto head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Establish and manage sales accounts in your assigned territory, building and nurturing key relationships.


Expand Customer Base within current clientele: Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions, consistently growing your client portfolio.


Generate Leads: Conduct cold calls to uncover potential leads and seize new opportunities.


Develop Relationships: Communicate with established leads, fostering strong rapport and long term connections.


Deliver Impactful Presentations: Present compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations that highlight the value of our client’s products.


Key Qualifications:

Experience: Business to business sales experience a strong plus


Educational Background: Business degree preferred


Sales Effectiveness: Ability to sell to all levels of management (think hospital admin and head of hospital purchasing) with confidence and expertise.


Competitive Edge: A self-starting mentality with a drive to exceed targets.


Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills that inspire trust and action.
