National Account Manager

Our Client is seeking a National Account Manager to help expand a growing warehousing division for a leading transportation and logistics company with a strong presence across Western Canada and the U.S.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is passionate about driving new business growth. You’ll work with a dedicated and innovative team that values collaboration, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within warehousing and logistics to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver RFPs, proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Execute all stages of the sales process — from prospecting and closing to client onboarding and relationship management.
  • Promote warehouse services, including storage solutions, inventory management, and logistics support.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach with clients at all times.
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a true “hunter” personality.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and transportation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools such as HubSpot or ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
