Become a leader and influencer in Toronto’s vibrant hospitality scene! As an On-Premise Specialist for a leading spirits provider, you’ll drive sales, grow brand presence, and build lasting relationships with key accounts. From securing cocktail menu placements to executing killer brand activations, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our client's spirit portfolio’s success in Canada’s most influential market while earning a competitive base salary + bonus, car allowance, medical benefits and 3 weeks vacation. This is a 12 month contract with a possibility for continuance.

What You’ll Do:

Own Your Territory – Manage key accounts and independent venues, boosting distribution, menu placements, and brand visibility.
Build Rockstar Relationships – Work closely with bars, restaurants, and industry pros to drive sustainable growth.
Sell with Strategy – Leverage sales data and CRM tools to maximize opportunities, increase volume, and outshine the competition.
Champion Brand Education – Collaborate with Brand Ambassadors to create cocktails, run tastings, and train staff.
Make an Impact – Present winning sales pitches, negotiate smart deals, and track performance to fuel success.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in expanding our market share and making waves in Toronto’s on-premise scene. Ready to shake things up?

What You Bring to the Table:

Industry Know-How – 1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience, plus a solid grasp of LCBO & AGCO liquor regulations.
Sales & Strategy Savvy – Strong business acumen, sharp negotiation skills, and a track record of growing accounts and hitting targets.
Tech-Smart – Proficient in Microsoft Office, EZ Focus sales reporting, and analytics.
Flexible & Ready to Hustle – Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Entrepreneurial Mindset – A self-starter who thrives on building brands and driving results.
Budget Boss – Experience managing T&E and brand budgets effectively.
Relationship Builder – Top-notch communication and negotiation skills to connect with customers and grow the business.
