Operations Lead

OPERATIONS LEAD

Our client is one of Canada's leading national distributors of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems for the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. They are looking for an Operations Lead to join the team. The Operations Lead will be responsible for developing processes policies and Procedures for the branch operations, in Canada and the US.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and develop the company brand within all the branches
• Develop programs that assist with on-time delivery and improved efficiency
• Generate monthly reports covering operational performance
• re-work H&S program with the cross-functional teams
• Work with team to achieve financial objectives, including developing budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Business Operations
• 3 to 5 years experience in wholesale operations
• Solid understanding of ERP systems
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in MS Office
