Our client is a well-established and growing trading company, that has been in business for decades, with a customer base is the Canadian retail and food service industries.

As an Order Desk & Customer Service Coordinator you’d be responsible for processing retailer and distributor orders for Western Canada and related customer service, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and reviewing Customer Orders electronically
  • Reviewing pricing, stock availability and timing for shipping
  • Processing of Orders through warehousing
  • Coordinating logistics as needed
  • Receiving warehouse BOL’s and processing Customer Invoices
  • Inventory analysis and reconciliation as needed
  • Work internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
  • Report generation

Requirements:
  • Work experience on Order Desks / Customer Service / Transportation and / or Logistics
  • Warehouse experience or Consumer Packaged Goods knowledge an asset
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or a related field considered and asset
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office (intermediate Excel)
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
