Due to steady growth and the coming move into their new expanded home office in Port Coquitlam, they are adding a Payroll Administrator to join the payroll team of five talented professionals.

What you will be doing:
  • Full cycle payroll administration for a dedicated group of stores with a total of 500+ employees
  • Responding to enquiries from employees on all payroll related matters
  • Accurate and timely payroll payments and reconciliations
  • Processing garnishment calculations and compliance
  • Preparing hiring/termination documentation
  • Accurate preparation of regulatory and payroll reporting
  • Supporting year end processes
Who you are:
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered and compensated appropriately
  • You have relevant education and have or are willing to pursue your PCP certification
  • You ideally have experience using ADP Workforce Now and get extra points for having been involved in a system implementation
