For the past 20 years, our client has been North America's leader produce of fresh ready-to-eat products for the US and Canadian consumer markets. Reporting to the COO, the Plant Manager will oversee the production and processing of the operation based in the Okanagan region. Plant strategy, growth, and sustainability will be top priorities for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a budget and direct the business strategy for the business unit.
- Be part of the M&A team on future acquisitions.
- Cross-functional responsibilities with maintenance, safety, quality, and compliance.
- Manage and maintain KPIs and Metrics.
- Work with the team on CI initiatives.
- Food Science, Operations, or Administration degree.
- 5 to 10 years of Senior Leadership
- Good organizational skills
- Being fluent in English French or Spanish will be an asset.
