Our client is a leader in their space with innovative client solutions. Due to expansion of their internal marketing team our client is seeking an experienced, results-driven PPC Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing the PPC strategy ensuring the client achieves above-average CTR and conversion rates. This role is an opportunity to direct the future digital strategies of this organization focusses on the continuous improvement of the organization.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • You will manage Google Ads campaigns using automated scripts/software and/or human intelligence to achieve the best ROI
  • Recommend the most effective channel to achieve the desired result with a six figure monthly investment budget, analyze and adjust based on the results
  • Ongoing testing, optimization and tracking for lead generation to meet business KPIs
  • Working effectively with the other members of the digital team to maintain efficient running of all accounts
  • Review for inefficient or under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget
  • Maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics
  • Split testing of ads, responsive search ads and determining which keywords are converting and optimize budgets to maximize ROI
  • Bid and campaign management to meet conversion goals
  • Evaluating Google Analytics data
  • Monthly reports that include data and meaningful insight about the impact of the campaign
  • Analyze competitors’ digital presence and digital marketing tactics
  • Create 1-2 new campaigns a month
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • 1+ year experience of managing high ROI pay-per-click campaigns
  • Post secondary education
  • Ability to self-direct towards outcomes and effectively communicate results, recommendations, and other insights to management
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit characterized by a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines when needed
