The role will be based out of either Edmonton, Regina or Saskatoon. We are seeking an experienced warehouse/logistics professional to provide leadership for their six distribution centres in AB/SK/MB. What you will be doing …
  • Leading teams providing warehousing/distribution/logistics services throughout the region
  • Optimizing sales through instilling a culture of outstanding customer service
  • Analyzing customer survey results and applying appropriate actions
  • Regularly auditing standard operating procedures and conducting data analytics to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Sharing best practices with regional leaders across Canada
  • Driving a high-performance culture through coaching and example
  • Conducting regional workforce planning and scheduling
  • Recognizing outstanding employees and managers and ensuring long-term career plans are in place
Who you are …
  • You have a relevant university degree or diploma
  • You have a minimum of three years experience providing leadership in a multi-unit of warehouse/distribution centre environment
  • You are experienced in executing change management strategies for high-performance teams
  • You are able to build detailed action plans to improve operations and performance
  • You ensure success by fostering an environment of trust and respect
  • You are mobile and available for overnight travel throughout the region
  • You are computer literate and have strong skills with Microsoft Office products
