PROCESS ANALYST

Our Client has been a recognized leader for years providing exceptional specialty meat products to both retailers and restaurants.

Reporting to the senior leadership team of the company, the Process Analyst will be responsible for the interpretation of data which will assist in the improvements of the manufacturing operation. In this role, you will manage the KPI's and work with the leadership team to drive change.


Responsibilities:
  • Time studies of the manufacturing process.
  • Gathering of KPIs.
  • Evaluating KPI on daily basis by comparing and analyzing actual results with the standard.
  • Prepare KPI variance reports as required.
  • Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate data entered.
  • Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
  • Collaborating with plant production staff to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
  • Data entry using Excel worksheets

Requirements:

  • A high level of mathematical ability
  • Experience in a food production facility is a must
  • The ability to analyze, and model data
  • Problem-solving skills
  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and Team working skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
