Our client is an R&D leader in the area of photo disinfection. With a new to market product in the anti-infectives space, MacDonald Search Group is seeking a talented Product Manager to join their team out of the Bothell Washington office.
Some of what you will do in this role include:
- Development of marketing collateral
- Spearheading product development
- Delivering strategic and innovative market opportunities across the sales pipeline
- Drive topline business growth and lead product launches in the US and Canada
- Plan and execute strategic and operational projects, campaigns and programs
- Develop workflow improvements, providing continuous sales support to generate revenue
- Develops marketing strategies for all stages of product launch – pre, during and post
- Reviews and ideates content for all current and future products and technologies under portfolio
- Develops new product content and related packaging (working collaboratively with graphic design)
- Identifies gaps and presents new and existing product development opportunities and strategies to management
- Actively participates in development of products to meet anticipated / forecasted market needs and specifications
- Refines current products, works with R&D, department heads, dentists and other internal stakeholders
- Collects, consolidates, and communicates product feedback and product development needs to executive team
- Works collaboratively across all business units, with sales, marketing, education, training, customer success and logistics, to implement strategies and tactics to drive brand awareness, revenue and profit growth
- Post-secondary education
- Technical or marketing experience in anti-infectives space
- Hospital knowledge
- Proven ability to determine and communicate effective product positioning and key marketing strategies
- Previous experience in copywriting
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, manage and execute on several marketing projects simultaneously, within budget
- Proficient in multiple computer-based tools (MS Word, Excel, Publishing, Acrobat etc.)
- Experience launching new products
- Proven experience with senior-level managers
- Strong analytic marketing knowledge and experience
