Based in Vernon, BC, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily production operations
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet company goals.
- Direct quality control inspections to maintain high product standards.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager for product design approval.
- Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, and production systems to enhance efficiency.
- Manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Ensure team members comply with OH&S acts and regulations.
- Provide oversight for company health and safety procedures
- Oversee the production management and operations team
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of proven experience in manufacturing
- Strong culture champion.

- High attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills and results-driven approach.
- Strong leadership ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Occupational First Aid certification
Salary - 90-120,000+, depending on experience.
