Our client is an established Canadian-owned Water Solutions Provider. Due to the continued growth of their business, they have created another new position and are looking for a Project Coordinator.

  • Prepare project documents including invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Order material, disposal, and other project resources.
  • Assign daily work to techs/crews/subcontractors, maintaining an electronic calendar of plumbers and other on-site staff.
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets (excel).
  • Coordinate project/service product deliveries and returns with the warehouse staff or wholesaler.
  • Track and document products delivered, installed, returned, broken, defective for each project.
  • Track product and labour warranty issues.
  • Assess severity of service call requirements and dispatch on-call plumbing crew.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers for emergency service calls.
  • Schedule building audits/inspections/installations/service calls with onsite staff.
  • Project Coordinating experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical sectors preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in a coordinating role preferably in a construction or trades environment.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong Customer Focus, Self-Motivated, and Results-Oriented.
