Our client is the fastest-growing spirits manufacturer in Canada and they are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Provincial Sales Manager to lead their field sales team in AB.

Position Description

The mission of the role is to lead & motivate the sales team in pursuit of establishing and developing long term profitable customer relationships through continuous engagement, best in class customer service, and executing strategies geared at improving the clients brand value, volumes, the share of shelf, distribution, knowledge, and visibility.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside Senior Commercial Manager to successfully execute agreed trade plans to drive profitable growth and market share
  • Drive margin accretion through the achievement of annual value, profitability, volume, and distribution objectives
  • Provide leadership, training (to assigned Team), and direction in pursuit of the client's commercial strategy
  • Represents client with customers and consumers in the market to improve the overall image of the portfolio of brands
  • Conducts performance reviews for all members of the assigned team and develop monthly/quarterly & annual quantitative and qualitative quotas according to the territory
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales position
  • Previous experience managing a direct team, managing a budget, and pricing responsibilities
  • Previous sales experience in a multi-channel environment
  • Previous experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods/Alcoholic Beverage Industry preferred
  • Degree or diploma in business with a focus in sales or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Driver’s License & clean driving record
