Our new Toronto office, located in the NE area of Mississauga just below Pearson International Airport, is set to be occupied in November 2021. Our business lives on the phones so we are looking to add our most important resource – Receptionist & Admin Manager.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Execute recruitment search and database support where needed
  • Help prepare marketing materials
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, database management, transcribing, general administration
You should have most of this to apply:
  • Someone that likes to have fun and enjoys meeting people!
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new computer applications
  • Strong typing skills
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational habits
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Possesses a positive customer service attitude
