Our Client is a Canadian company that has grown steadily over 60 years to become Canada's largest independent tire dealer and one of the largest commercial tire dealers in North America with more than 250 locations throughout Canada. We are searching for a Regional Account Manager in Fort ST. John, BC to sell Service Solutions to existing customers, find new opportunities and grow a book of business in their designated territory.
Responsibilities
- Focuses on regional customers to maintain and grow the sales portfolio for the region.
- Utilizes existing programs to expand new sales opportunities
- Collaborates with the team to align market strategies with applicable business objectives for the portfolio.
- Utilizes performance tracking, various reports, presentations, and other documents as required to differentiate the company as a supplier.
- Acts as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall regional network; demonstrates grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
- Maintains an expert level of knowledge of all products and service offerings as required.
- Ability to learn and apply relevant sales processes and tools within the role
- Comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service-focused approach.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM and all other sales tools provided. Education:
- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent; postgraduate diploma or degree preferred, or relevant combination of education and experience.
