About Our Client:

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of Natural Foods in Canada.

The Role:

We are looking for a natural closer. Someone who is compassionate but tenacious, knows how to sell, and has a passion for good, sustainable food. We are seeking an individual to increase product distribution across independent and regional retailers in Alberta & Saskatchewan. The incumbent will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide in store support, and develop annual trade plans to deliver profitable sales growth across their territory.


About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a regular call cycle
  • Present products and capture new listings
  • Sell and build promotional displays
  • Participate in a daily team call
  • Forecast sales volumes
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Support in-store execution
  • Manager customer issues
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions
  • Account administration

Requirements:

  • Proven selling ability
  • Able to work independently
  • Experienced with fact-based selling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven ability with excel and portfolio profitability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver abstract

Compensation:

A base salary, commission on all sales, a monthly car allowance, and an annual bonus are just parts of an excellent remuneration package with OTE of approximately $75k-$85k per annum.
