  • Be accountable for Territory Sales in Manitoba and Saskatchewan while fostering great working relationships within a diverse account base and business that includes: Government, Licensee and Private Liquor outlets
  • Service accounts ensuring we deliver best in class sales and experience
  • Be a High-Level Sales Pro that can set objectives and plan in detail how you will action your strategy – while at the same time anticipate problems and outline how they’ll be overcome
  • Maintain accurate records utilizing internal account/sales trackers
  • Be the in-field expert and information centre for Management, Ownership, and Marketing
  • Manage provincial business expenses in accordance with company guidelines
  • Liaise with Retail/OP Key Accounts to support key provincial banners throughout the region
  • Travel effectively cultivating a professional face to face call cycle with all Buyers
  • Review monthly and historical sales data to formulate targeted plans to capitalize on the momentum and/or recapture lost business
  • Be available for all festivals, tastings and high-profile company events across the company’s corporate calendar
  • Participate in weekly Sales Meetings via Conference Calls

  • Currently maintains quality business relationships key stakeholders within the Manitoba Liquor Board
  • Possess a high business acumen with a passion for Craft Beer and Customer Service
  • Ability to analyze statistics with strong computer skills
  • Skilled in calculating the company’s return on investment in all situations
  • An effective Team Player and communicator
  • No driving restrictions and must provide a clean driver’s abstract
  • No travel restrictions
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
  • University Degree and/or Equivalent Experience
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the team in all facets of our business
  • Comfortable presenting to industry groups and customers throughout all channels
