What you will be doing:
  • Contributing to a people focused and customer driven culture
  • Building teams who share your pride in providing outstanding products and service ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for growth within your region and the company as a whole
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the efficiency of day to day operations
  • Coaching employees and managers methods to optimize performance
  • Communicating key performance indicators to your teams and providing the tools and mentorship required to achieve them
  • Developing recruitment strategies that lead to high performing teams and ensuring that top performers are recognized and have long term career development plans in place
  • Troubleshooting operational and customer service problems as they arise and ensuring the root cause is identified and solved to prevent recurrence.
  • Observing and sharing best practices and implementing them across your region
Who you are:
  • You have a minimum of three years leadership experience in a multi-unit retail or service environment
  • You have a depth of understanding of business financials and your decisions are data driven
  • You are a team builder and a great coach who leads by example
  • You build and execute action plans that improve business processes
  • You are collaborative by nature
  • You are willing to travel including occasional overnight stints
  • You have outstanding computer skills and are strong with MS office products - particularly PowerPoint and Excel
