You will develop and build a team to provide world-class operations to both ‘Business to Business’ & ‘Business to Consumer markets. You will apply your experience and operational expertise to build communication amongst your internal team. You will travel within your region frequently, coaching with energy.

The successful candidate should have most of the following in the background;
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a multi-unit corporate setting.
  • Retail services insight and commercial expertise to find creative solutions.
  • Managing high-performance teams through change.
  • Building action plans to improve business.
  • Developing a great reputation both internally & externally.
  • Active listening to
  • and fostering rapport, trust and influence throughout the company.
  • Active listening and being resilient.
  • Willingness to travel to your stores and coach in-market
  • Computer literate with the utilization of MS office systems, specific to PowerPoint and Excel.
