Key Responsibilities:
- Increase distribution, sales volume and profitability of RTD cocktail segment of the portfolio (beverage alcohol)
- Build relationships with key accounts in Western Canada, including liquor boards, private LRS chains, on premise channel, and private event companies
- Drive promotional activity (flyers, LTO’s, sampling) within Key Account and independent channel
- Develop, manage and nurture relationship with agency
- Build a high performing sales team and set/manage targets
- Create a growth & expansion plan for Canada
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- 5-8 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry, work with RTD brands an asset
- Experience leading high performance teams
- A demonstrated ability to build strong, productive business relationships
- Demonstrated passion for the beverage alcohol industry
- Desire to work with a new and rapidly expanding company, and the ability to effectively manage change
