Our client is a well recognized global player and leader in the beverage alcohol industry. They have enjoyed an impressive record of sales growth both locally and globally. Based in MONTREAL, they are presently seeking a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to lead their sales team in Quebec.

Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Lead a team of retail and on-premise sales representatives and one sales coordinator
  • Be the key point of contact and manage the SAQ business and other regional accounts
  • Lead and direct the provincial business strategies in order to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and head office marketing to ensure local programs are maximized to their potential

Some of what you bring to the table includes:
  • Leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • A results driven persona with strong financial acumen
  • The ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • 5+ years of experience in either a Beverage Alcohol or CPG sales environment with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Previous experience managing the SAQ is a definite asset
