Regional Sales Manager

Our client, an environmentally friendly alternative for the building supply industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to mentor and guide the sales team by achieving professional goals and exceeding sales targets. The incumbent is a strategic thinker who has the business development skills to grow the market, a sales expert who is looking to pass their knowledge down.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all sales teams activities
  • Finding potential customers and creating positive relationships
  • Ensuring the brand is accurately represented in all sales communication from sales leads to existing customers
  • Forecasting sales goals and keeping tabs on the needs of the market
  • Relaying customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development
  • Helping to set sales goals and monitoring their progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed
  • Coaching and leading the team to achieve sales goals
  • Delivering reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education focusing on Business preferred
  • Sales Leadership experience, Ideally in the Home Improvement, Building Materials/Supplies, Hard Goods or Industrial space
  • Strategic thinker who can make decisions and get the most of the the team they are managing
  • A desire to mentor and support others
  • Drive results
