Our client is one of British Columbia’s premiere collection of brewery
restaurants with iconic locations in Surrey, Vancouver and Whistler, and they are currently seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to lead day-to-day operations of their busy restaurants.

The Restaurant Manager will report into the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing a team and providing them with the support and tools required to succeed at delivering a best-in-class guest experience while ensuring accountability and increasing efficiencies and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dining and bar areas to support and supervise exceptional food & beverage service
  • Develop efficiencies for opening/closing, quality control, and cleanliness/sanitization
  • Staff training and development
  • Meeting with leadership team and providing clear & insightful communication and feedback on pertinent issues
  • Administrative duties as required
Key Qualifications:
  • A passion for hospitality and service with strong customer focus and desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Significant industry experience (5+ years), ideally in various departments
  • Experience running large volume dining rooms, at times while under resourced/short staffed
  • Track record of successful leadership & staff development; ability to inspire & motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant POS systems
  • High energy, confident, and calm approach to leadership and service
  • Responsible, reliable, dependable and professional
  • Strong customer service orientation and solutions oriented
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure
