Sales Analyst, Promotional Planning – Consumer Products
Our client is a leading manufacturer of health food products and supplements. Due to the growth of their business, our client is looking to add to their team by hiring a Sales Analyst Specialist. This person will take a lead role in Trade/Revenue Management strategies and will be providing recommendations to the sales & marketing teams. This person is an expert at converting data into strategic recommendations.

Some of the things you will do in this role include:
  • Lead and support the annual sales plans process
  • Responsible for development and delivery of high quality, accurate reporting and tracking business key performance indicators
  • Analyze and interpret the sales data including revenue, contribution, trade investment and price elasticity across segments, customers, and channels to assist in management oversight and decision making
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to identify growth opportunities for the overall business, and to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of brand- and customer-specific investments
  • Become the "Superuser" of the sales systems, ensuring accurate master data, troubleshooting issues and train the team

In order to apply you should have the following in your background:
  • 3+ years' experience in the sales area of Trade or Revenue Management, Demand Planning etc
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, sales experience is an asset
  • Proven market research analysis experience with Nielsens, excel & powerpoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability to interpret data & to muli-task
  • Valid Ontario driver's license in good standing
