Our client has been a leader in tools for nearly 30 years. In order to continue to grow, they are adding a Sales Manager to the team. To succeed in this role, you must be a team builder, a champion of culture, a driver of sales and, with thousands of SKUs of products, you should have experience dealing with contractors, winning new business and motivating your team. Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Achieve sales goals while ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Recruit qualified sales associates, develop, motivate, train and hold them accountable
  • Plan, organize and follow up on projects to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Generate new business opportunities with contractors and commercial-based customers
  • Occasional visits to job sites to better understand customer needs and build relationships
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure efficiency
What We’re Looking For Includes:
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in the tool /power tool industry
  • Successful experience with retail sales and marketing initiatives
  • Senior sales experience
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. on occasion
  • Valid driver’s license
