Our client is one of the largest auto parts distributors in Canada with over 250 locations throughout Canada. Founded in the 1950’s they pride themselves on providing their customers with excellent service, products, prices, and guaranteed satisfaction. The Salesforce Operations Analyst brings B2B sales & marketing operations experience to provide hands-on business process, data & operational support across the company. The Salesforce Operations Analyst is responsible for support and plays an integral role in the development and delivery of enhancements to the CRM system aimed at improving & optimizing the sales process, lead flow and overall user adoption. This role resides within the business but works closely with Information Services to ensure the successful realization of features and functionality of the CRM. This role will have a focus on marketing & sales processes, automation, and data management for the CRM environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the CRM feature development process – from discovery to business requirement gathering to solution design to on-time implementation
  • Monitor the overall system data quality and recommend strategies to drive improvements
  • Proactively engage marketing & sales business users to identify changes to business processes that are supported in CRM.
  • Identify user requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria that support the overall sales process.
  • Plan, build and execute communication programs to drive knowledge and adoption of the system and key business processes.
  • Deliver communication programs via different formats such as webinars, in-person, and over the phone.
  • Serve as the primary contact for user support, training and data application requirements for users of CRM across the organization.
  • Write and distribute communication of releases and new functionality to CRM business users.
  • Develop supporting materials including sales tools, catalogues, guides, marketing collateral, training and communications materials, web content, customer presentations, and videos.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a related role
  • Experience with B2B lead management and sales processes
  • Experience supporting a CRM platform in a mid to large-size organization;
  • Demonstrated experience developing programs to drive user adoption of processes and systems.
  • Process analysis, requirements gathering, and project management skills
  • Marketing Automation systems experience an asset
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
