What you will be doing:

  • Deal directly with customers by phone and electronically
  • Respond promptly to customer queries
  • Process orders through Syspro in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process credits and track shipments
  • Learn sales business practices and products
  • Organize workflow to meet customer & department timeframes
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Customer movement reports and analysis
  • Customer contract management
  • System price changes
  • Managing customer claims and credits

Who you are:

  • You have at least two years of Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience
  • Ideally, you have some post-secondary education
  • You have extensive experience with Microsoft Office software with particular strength using Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • You work well in a team-oriented environment
  • You bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic with you every day
