POSITION: Sales Support Supervisor
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON (3 days in office/2 days remote)

MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.

Our client is a specialized national food and beverage distributor and they are on the hunt for a Sales Support Supervisor to manage a national team of 8 direct reports. This role will offer you the opportunity to make a measurable impact by shaping how the sales support process supports growth and customer success and help drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and service excellence. This role will also work cross-functionally with sales, brand, supply chain, warehouse, and customer service functions.

Must have SAP and people leadership experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a national team of Sales Coordinators.
  • Champion continuous improvement by streamlining processes, reducing costs, and optimizing resources through shared services.
  • Implement and manage technology solutions such as workflow automation, document management systems, and customer portals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve communication, problem-solving, and service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and track performance metrics producing timely and accurate reporting on sales administration and support functions.
  • Support account-specific portal management and workflow assignments.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Previous support experience in either sales coordination, office administration, or executive support
  • Must have direct people management experience including full employee life cycle responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Proven ability to work with customer portals and digital tools.
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
