What you will be doing:
  • Assisting the sales team within the office in selling products to new and existing customers
  • Answering customer phone calls and providing immediate support
  • Tracking shipments/orders and notifying customers
  • Generating submittal packages for the sales team
  • Placing factory and third party orders
  • Preparing pricing information
  • Maintaining computer and manual filing systems
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory
  • Maintain proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory
