The Senior Account Director, will be tasked with growing and expanding the relationship with assigned and new accounts. The role offers an exceptional opportunity to build upon existing relationships and expand partnerships across brand teams.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Strategically build upon current and new relationships
  2. Manages relationships with account brands, customer teams, and sourcing
  3. Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objective
  4. Drive adoption of solutions across operating units, by creating client-centric campaigns utilizing the Company's capabilities and resources to address client needs. Ability to build recommendations based on data, insights, and financial forecasting models is essential
  5. Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both uncover business driving opportunities and elevate client
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of delivering results through the closing of sales in the advertising landscape, ideally with or on behalf of CPG’s.
  2. Has consistently achieved or exceeded profitable sales goals selling business to business
  3. Passionate and driven by new business development and account growth
  4. Self-starter with high level of personal accountability who takes initiative and acts quickly within fast-paced Hunter mentality, strategic thinking, and strong attention to detail a must.
  5. Success in building strong relationships with senior-level decision
  6. Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for
  7. Ability to confidently communicate and influence internal and external
  8. Deep understanding of CPG/Grocery industry is a must.
