Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Customer Brands provides direction and leadership in supporting all Customer's to deliver long term profitable growth for our customers.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop strategy for customer / category growth
  • Maximize listings of products to customers
  • Work with sales to uncover new product opportunities/innovations/renovations
  • Identify positive and negative market trends in products, segments and brands that need to be addressed
  • Rationalization Opportunities & Pricing
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Business Degree, with minimum 8+ ys CPG Sales/marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Excellent presentation, persuading & negotiations skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the Canadian retail market.
  • Strong skill set in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
