Senior Vice President - Sales

Our client operates out of a 60,000-sf integrated office, warehouse, and manufacturing facility and has been in business for over 40 years. They work with customers to provide complete process and water treatment solutions for a variety of industrial and municipal applications. To help facilitate growth in the coming years, they are adding an SVP of sales to the leadership team.
Can be located anywhere in North America.

Specific Responsibilities include:
  • Coach, develop, lead and mentor a team of dedicated employees
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Negotiate large commercial contracts
  • Develop strong client relationships and expand current sales network
  • Work as part of the executive management team to develop company strategy and business plans
What we’re looking for includes:
  • Minimum 10 years technical experience in the water/wastewater industry
  • Minimum 5 years in Sales Management with proven results (preferably with large companies)
  • Solid technical understanding of all major water and wastewater treatment processes
  • Strong existing client relationships and experience building a large sales network
  • Experience in negotiating commercial contracts in excess of $5MM
  • Proven success in developing and managing high-performance teams
  • The ability for frequent travel as required
