Our client, a packaged goods industry Leader that abides by ethically sourced products & sustainability is looking for a Senior Warehouse Manager in the GTA West region. With very well established brand recognition in the retail space, they are looking for an integral part to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The Warehouse Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coaching
  • Managing day-to-day operations in the warehouse
  • Build a team philosophy and cultivate engagement by working with the team to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Ensure that company and legislative health and safety practices are followed within the warehouse
  • You’re ‘on the floor’ approach means you’re involved in the details and often assist in the work effort when needed
  • Foster inclusion and diversity within the facility
Profile:
  • Strong experience in Freight, Distribution, and 3PL
  • Possess a business-related education and related experiences in warehousing and manufacturing
  • Possess a high degree of learning agility, embraces a challenge, and adapts quickly to new situations
  • Strong analytical skills (Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite)
  • A strong communicator both orally and written in English
  • Experience leading teams that run 24/7, can scale up during seasonal peaks, large square footage facilities, and hundreds of SKU's
