Our client a global leader in power equipment is currently searching for a Service Centre Manager for Calgary. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operation of the local service centre, including security and maintenance of the facility and managing a small team


  • Ø The Service Centre manager will be responsible for managing the service center employees, providing guidance & training as needed.
  • Ø Incumbent will direct service center technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues with equipment performance and failures, helping to make determinations as to whether repairs/replacements are covered under warranty.
  • Ø This position will manage returned products, warranty activities and on-site inventories, scheduling and expediting repair work on customers’ equipment and establishing repair priorities.
  • Ø The successful candidate will work closely with customers and the Construction Products Sales Group to resolve technical issues and support Sales’ efforts to grow the business.
  • Ø Incumbent may make visits to customers and job sites to deliver or pick up equipment and assist with other service-related issues.
  • Ø As part of the Canadian Service Centre team the Manager will collaborate with internal departments on product, customer support and other projects and priorities.


  • 4-5 years previous experience working in a technical or mechanical field.
  • Relevant post secondary education strongly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a strong desire to learn.
