Are you tired of working evenings & weekends in a retail leadership role? MacDonald Search Group is pleased to partner with a global leader in the automotive service/retail sector in their search for a Service Centre Manager in Richmond Hill. The SCM will lead & manage day to day operations by delivering world class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards.

What you will be doing:
  • Promoting an engaging work environment where employees are encouraged to achieve their professional and personal goals.
  • Interpreting P&L statements and making appropriate day to day adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Focusing on and instilling a safe work environment.

Who you are:
  • You have a minimum of three years management experience in a customer facing retail/service environment.
  • College diploma or degree considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong coaching/mentorship skills.
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to do whatever is required to ensure success.
